Michele Ikerd (Morland) started her career in the pageant industry at a very young age. Winning title after title growing up... she got the "bug" and dreamed of making it as a professional model. Her dream came true in her teen years, she signed her first contract with FORD Modeling agency. When Michele moved to Los Angeles at 19 she never looked back. This Mississippi born and raised tom boy was destined for bigger and better things! Filming commercials with well know celebrities, participating in major motion pictures, shooting clothing lines and many other projects.

In 2000 she decided to go back to school and retire from modeling for a while to focus on her family and new life as a Mother. Michele came out of pageant/modeling retirement in 2004. She won Mrs. Florida America when her daughter was 6 months old, then went on to finish First Runner Up at the nationally televised Mrs. America Pageant, as well as going home with the "Trim Spa Dream Body" Swimsuit award. After this her career skyrocketed and she moved to Miami to be in South Beach where her new agencies were... Her first big music video was with Travis Tritt, her resume is unsurpassed. She was represented in NY, Miami, and Tampa.

Michele is still modeling regularly in her mid 30's, and is signed with LA Models in Hollywood, CA, Alexa Model & Talent and several other agencies. These days she spends her time as a booking agent for Children and Teens and is the director of New Faces at an Agency in Tampa, Florida. Her mission is to teach all of those who dream of being a model or actor/actress; how to do it correctly, without wasting time or money. Michele was taken advantage of by photographers, "agents", "managers" and doesn't want that to happen to anyone else. The business is hard enough to break into without having to fend off all of the sharks! Ms. Morland is a licensed Florida Private Investigator, so needless to say she has seen and done it all.

I'm doing this with minimal overhead in order to educate others so they don't get taken the way millions of people do every year.
